Thank you! Makes a horse mommy happy to see
My friend, J9 (Enzo's Mom) is selling her Ansur Classic...and it's a beauty!!
If you are in the market for a beautiful treeless Dressage saddle that will make your horse's back sigh with comfort, then go over to her blog HERE and check it out!!
It's a great deal and in perfect condition!
I am now obsessing over treeless saddles and debating which direction to go in once we can start doing 'real' riding with a saddle and possibly trail riding (lightly).
That is nice...I'm sticking with the pursuit of the "Freefrom Treeless" though...I wish to jump and do hills and the forward panel are built for those two activities.
ReplyDeleteI sent you all the info on email, and a goodie link to a gal's blog that rode in most all and owns two different one now too. Don't let price set you back...wait and save for the right one...read all the info. Sometimes the treeless are geared for more of an endurance rider and not so much close contact rider...make sure to examine the twist of the seats and also the blocks of the panels. Sometimes the "Wider" stance of the seats will require heavy thigh blocks for making your leg stay back...they also make you sit more "chair seat" . Balance is what you want, not just comfort.

I just got an awesome close contact, so my saddle urges have been calmed for a little while. That being said, I know I'm going to want a dressage saddle within the next year haha.
ReplyDeleteLove the three happy herd mates! What a peaceful photo.
ReplyDeleteI knew KK would help you sort it all. She KNOWS her saddles!!!
Aww what a sweet photo.
ReplyDeleteI saw Janine's post and it has me thinking about treeless saddles. I actually didn't know they existed until I saw her post on the new one she's buying. Off to do some research . . . :)
Always nice to have updates with pics on days like that.
ReplyDeleteChecked out the saddle. I have never ridden in a treeless...well I did ride in the open tree Devocoux which was great, but I don't want to spend that much for a dressage saddle ;)
