What a blast:) Laz is looking incredible...I love the last shots of him looking at you like, "whaaa? why you LEAVE me?!" lol.

Also? I'm totally with you on the cross-tie hate. Give me a single tie any day. I can't quite bring myself to trust any horse to ground tie, but that's my neurosis not the horse. I'm just terrified of having to chase a horse down the highway at night-and yeah, I know everything is quick release these days, blah blah blah. Maybe one day:) Sarahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08665170020323796310noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4874624063824272651.post-16455913840518277942012-11-12T00:48:01.680-05:002012-11-12T00:48:01.680-05:00Wonderful you are able to have a nice horse to rid...Wonderful you are able to have a nice horse to ride! Herd's can make all the difference. I've seen some horses that were bonkers at one barn and completely calm and cool at the other.
I have a question, why hasn't the flare (and laminar wedge" been removed from his hoof? That's recipe for more stretching and the continuation of the laminar wedge. That's great that you have an "extra" horse to get a little more riding time in with while Laz is on the mend.

And, holy cannoli, that RH is looking AWESOME! That new angle of growth looks so much better--do you think it's all from the cast?? Has Mike said what his method/different treatment with that hoof is that is making it grow so much better? I would be very interested in hearing all the nitty-gritty details, being the hoof geek that I am. ;-)Frizzlehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03084225669041286128noreply@blogger.com
